Your website project follows a clear, structured process. Here's exactly what to expect from today through to launch. The better prepared you are before we begin, the faster and smoother everything moves.

Everything We Need to Build Your Website

To ensure a smooth and efficient build, please have the following ready before we begin.

Domain Information

Your registered domain name, eg. www.mybrand.com (we recommend purchasing from godaddy.com)

Content

  • Text for each page (Home, About, Services, Contact etc.)
  • Product or service descriptions (if applicable)
  • High-resolution images or visuals — product photos, team photos etc. (AI images can be created if needed)

Branding

  • Logo files (high-res PDF or PNG)
  • Preferred colours
  • Social media handles and external links

Functionality

  • Pages and features needed (e.g. blog, e-commerce, booking system)
  • Any integrations required
  • Contact form details if applicable

Design Preferences

  • Websites you admire or want to draw inspiration from
  • Any design elements to avoid
  • Overall aesthetic e.g. clean & minimal, bold & colourful

Legal

  • Any disclaimers
  • Store policies — shipping, returns, refunds

Communication

All communication is via WhatsApp. I aim to respond within the same working day. Please compile all feedback into one message per revision round so nothing gets missed.

Revisions

3 revision rounds are included. Each round can contain as many changes as you need — send them all together to keep the project on track.

Your Content Matters

The quality of your website depends on the quality of what you give me to work with. Submitting content after the project begins will affect your timeline — the more prepared you are upfront, the better your result.

Add-ons

Add-ons can be requested at any point. They will extend your timeline slightly and will be invoiced separately.

Project Timeline

The sooner your brief is submitted and feedback is returned, the faster your project moves. Prompt communication from both sides keeps everything on track.

Project Pause & Archive

If we haven't heard from you in 7 days your project will be paused. After 21 days with no communication your project will be archived. Should you wish to restart, continuation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

What if I don't like any of the concepts?

Your 3 concepts will each take a completely different creative direction based on your brief and moodboard. If none feel right we'll have a conversation to understand why and agree on the best next steps together.

What if I need to pause my project?

If we haven't heard from you in 7 days your project will be paused. After 21 days with no communication your project will be archived. Should you wish to restart, continuation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed — so please do keep in touch.

When is my final balance due?

Your remaining balance is due once you've approved the final work — before brand files are sent or website access is transferred.

What do I receive at the end?

Branding clients receive all logo files in every format needed plus a Brand Guidelines document. Website clients receive full access to their live site plus a personalised Website Edit Guide.

How should I send my feedback?

Can I use my own images on my website?

Absolutely. If you don't have brand photography, AI Images & Videos is available as an add-on — just select it when completing your brief and we'll handle it for you.
