How We Work
Good to Know
Working Hours
Monday–Friday: 10am–6pm / Weekends: Fully offline. If I'm ever on annual leave, you'll be told in advance.
Mon–Fri 10–6Weekends Offline
Turnaround
Once your questionnaire is in, I'll be in touch by email with your next steps and our availability to book in your call.
Revisions
The Strategy Document is a one-time deliverable reflecting our findings and recommendations at the time of your session — this service does not include revision rounds.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your call with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, up to 3 times, subject to availability.
Rebooking
Returning clients booking a follow-up session receive a reduced rate, since your research and foundation are already in place.
