Strategy + Design Combined
The Brand Blueprint pairs a documented brand strategy with the full Kate Designed It branding process — one continuous journey, presented step by step. We complete the Business Questionnaire first, then move into your Brand Brief. Start to finish, the full project takes up to 8 weeks.

Your project will not begin until your Questionnaire and Brand Brief have been submitted. The sooner you send them, the sooner we start.

Complete Your Questionnaire & Brand Brief
Your project begins the moment both forms are submitted — the sooner you complete them, the sooner we start. The Business Questionnaire shapes your Strategy Document; the Brand Brief shapes your visual direction. The more thoughtful your answers, the stronger your outcome.

How We Work
Good to Know
Working Hours
Monday–Friday: 10am–6pm / Weekends: Fully offline. If I'm ever on annual leave you'll be notified in advance.

Add-ons
Add-ons — packaging, AI imagery, business cards, flyers, labels, loyalty cards and more — can be requested at any point. They will extend your timeline slightly and are invoiced separately. Contact me for anything bespoke.
Revisions
3 revision rounds are included. Each round can contain as many changes as you need — send them all together to keep the project on track.
Initial Concepts (Branding Only)
This applies to brand identity design only — not website design or strategy documents. Your branding package includes 3 free initial concepts. If none of them feel right, I'll create 2 more. Any additional concepts beyond that will be created separately and invoiced accordingly.
Project Pause & Archive
If we haven't heard from you in 7 days your project will be paused. After 14 days with no communication your project will be archived. Should you wish to restart, continuation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Strategy Document Revisions
The Strategy Document is a one-time deliverable reflecting our findings and recommendations at the time of your session — this service does not include revision rounds.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your call with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, up to 3 times, subject to availability.
Rebooking
Returning clients booking a follow-up session receive a reduced rate, since your research and foundation are already in place.
When is my final balance due?
Your remaining balance is due once you've approved the final work — before brand files are sent or website access is transferred.
